  • Pro Kart racers have to have a valid driver’s license

Statler’s Family Fun Center; Go-Karts In Pittsburgh

It’s an outdoor go-kart racing trail that is an hour East of Pittsburgh. It is a multi-level go-kart racing trail with a few diverse types of go-karts to pick from.

Unluckily, being an outdoor trail in Pittsburgh, the winter season isn’t very favorable to go-kart racers. Therefore, Statler’s will close from Oct-Apr. Be certain to check their official website for inclement weather updates during the seasons they’re open.

They do provide Double Seater Go Karts, Single Go Karts, and Pro Karts. Children of all ages can ride a go-kart and have fun. The majority of go-kart trails don’t provide this type of selection.

Another amazing indoor electric go-kart trail is situated just east, around fifteen minutes from Pittsburgh. This place claims to have the fastest indoor electric-powered go-karts. You’ll find yourself moving at speeds over fourth miles per hour!

Not just are these go-karts incredible, but the trail and center are top-shelf. The 1400 square feet trail layout is challenging but exciting. Everything is in place for you to show up and have a great time.

There’s no need to carry any safety equipment. Only put on closed-toed shoes, and the rest is provided onsite. At Full Throttle, they provide go-karts, of course. But! There’s more to this place.

They provide Rage Room, Ax Throwing, an Arcade, and Podium Grub and Pub.

How to know this trail is one of the best? I race here in the WKA Gold Cup series. Several times, we’d make the trek to this spot. We liked it. The trail is huge, and the pit area is well-kept.

There are a few long straights that really get you going fast. But hold on through the technical part of the trail! The rental time is ten minutes. That’s a long time. You might laugh at that, but the majority of individuals will come off the trail and complain their arms are killing them!
